We offer sand and grit blasting services to surface prepare your metals for compliance with various SSPC standards, including the SSPC-SP-7 brush off standard. Using our brush off blast cleaning services, metal surfaces are prepared free of any visible loose mill scale, loose rust, loose coating, dirt, and dust. Our brush off service ensures that the materials are free of contaminants prior to heat treatment. Aluminum oxide sand blasting operations are performed in-house in a sandblasting room that can accommodate parts up to 30’ long and weigh up to 40,000 lbs per piece.
