Sand blasting services are provided to our customers for the surface preparation of metal and alloy work pieces, in compliance with SSPC standard commercial blast or SSPC-SP-6. Corrosion, dust and other imperfections are effectively removed from your metal plus alloy products, leaving their surfaces smooth as well as clean. The blasting is performed in-house in our sandblasting room using aluminum oxide as the abrasive media.
Our sand blasting techniques prepare surfaces that are free from rust scale, loose mill scale, loose paint, grease, oil, and dirt. Parts of up to 11.5’ in width, 10’ in height, 30’ in length, and 40,000 lbs in weight can be accommodated in our sandblasting room.
