Specializing in the heat treatment of ‘extra large’ and ‘extra heavy’ metal loads, we offer precipitation hardening services to inure plus increase the tensile strength of all your metals as well as alloys. These hardening services are offered for various metals, including stainless steel, beryllium copper, and aluminum, of different sizes ranging up to 40’ in length. This service is supported by our state-of-the-art equipment that includes a 40’ Reading furnace, an 18’ Johnson Car Bottom furnace, and a 20-ton overhead crane with full accessibility throughout the shop.

All our furnaces are 100% computer controlled, equipped with latest instrumentation, and can achieve temperatures of up to 2300°F during heat treatment. The high strength of our precipitation hardened metals make them an ideal choice for application in industries such as aerospace, power generation and turbine blade manufacturing. Customers choose our precipitation hardening services for material hardening jobs as it is carried out at lower temperatures when compared with other heat treatment procedures. We can heat treat materials to AMS-H-6875 and AMS-6088 standards.
